CH&CO’s objectives are to reduce the environmental impact of our UK supply chain. We focus on responsible sourcing of all ingredients, with the aim of consolidating the product lines available from our suppliers and making delivery to our sites more sustainable.
Minimise Food Waste
Food waste prevention is a priority for CH&CO. Minimising food waste isn’t just important operationally, it’s fundamental to our responsibility to drive meaningful environmental change. We are working to accurately record food waste every day and use the data to develop targeted actions to continue to reduce waste.
