CH&Co Group aim to work with local producers within the UK where it is viable. We work with our suppliers to ensure that we are buying products which are in season and are sustainable sourced.
Our supply partners all work within stringent criteria continually seeking to minimise the impact on the environment significant energy usage, waste product and packaging. We will provide systems which are compliant with all relevant legislation to ensure prevention of pollution and community goodwill.
We work closely with our supply partners to ensure that our chefs and operational teams are aware of the local produce available on their door-step, products that are in season and actively promote seasonal produce. We have a responsibility to help educate our staff and clients on seasonality and do this by way of short documentary videos.
