In London the Lab was held over two days with over a hundred managers and chefs attending. Across our regions 6 events were held, taking the Lab on the road to reach as many of our people as possible.
Winners from the Innovation Den were also there sharing their products directly with customers and supported by our Procurement team. For our smaller, local producers this is a great opportunity to get to know their customers.
Our digital team were also on hand giving teams a crash course in instagram ready pics, as Oliver our social media manager said, ‘Our teams are producing amazing dishes across the business, we’re giving them a few tips on how they can take their photography to the next level.’
